AEM works in Nistune but innovate doesn't?

Anything related to the Innovate brand of wideband devices.

Best not to have other things running when running debug log (makes it harder to go through)
05:04:18.421 Wideband 1: OnSelMTSConnect: Detected ports 1
05:04:18.421 Wideband 1: OnSelMTSConnect: Attempting connection to 0 COM10
05:04:19.015 Wideband 1: OnConnectionEventMts: 0
05:04:19.031 Wideband 1: Number of MTS inputs: 0
05:04:19.031 CWidebandCommon::UpdateWidebandConnected: 0 Connection 1
Okay the problem is above the Innovate unit is not reporting anything. You can see 'number of MTS inputs: 0' indicates that this unit is not providing us with any sensors

1. Try logworks3 and see if you can connect (as does with Nistune) and if any gauges appear for configuration. Configure these and check they display
2. Try nistune again after doing this and let me know
3. If Nistune still not working then install the Innovate MTS SDK and run the VB Example application and let me know if any sensors display in that. If not then something is broken on the Innovate side of things and they will need to fix MTS

As far as Nistune goes it works fine on LC-1 and LM-2 with getting inputs so I suspect an innovate problem with reporting inputs from that unit. Currently its telling us its got no sensors?!

What did you do to get it working? Were the sensors configured?
