S13 KA24DE 68mph open loop syndrom

Post by UNISA JECS »

Originally talked about here:

I noticed that my car does the same exact thing and I would like to be able to cruise above 68mph without going into open loop to better my gas milage. Discuss, thanks :)

So is there an open loop speed switch that can be switch off or something?

Calum has provided enough information there to provide one. I'll try and get that into the next release

Okay as an interim solution, change your address file:

This is address for S14 KA24DE
SPEED3_LIMIT,&HE065,Speed based closed loop cut

Future versions will have a new parameter added (next release) for S14 KA24DE
CLOSED_LOOP_CUT,&HE065,Speed based closed loop cut

Similarly the S13 KA24DE Calum pointed out would be
CLOSED_LOOP_CUT,&H8065,Speed based closed loop cut

Update:

In the software
‘O2 feedback control’ and then ‘Closed loop cut’ which is default 108km/h for S13 KA24DE
