Anyone know of something that can be used to tune these ecu's? long shot but I'm running out of places to search.

These are a later reflash ECU (using Kline) so no support at this time. Not very common, and I cannot even get a wiring harness for it

Damn I hope a AFC will works then. The price on them has been going down lately to 1200ish for engine trans harness and ecu. Thanks for the info Matt.
