Matt, is it possible to reflash my own ECU without sending it to a "tuner/dealer" as I have the self mapping licence? (non trader version)

Cheers

Updated first page:
Your Nistune board requires reflashing with updated firmware to use these new features. A Nistune Base Image Programmer is required to reprogram the board using the NTProg Software. Other types of programmers (EPROM, JTAG) are not compatible with the Simtek chips on these boards. The updates are provided here free of charge, but there may be a charge for upgrading your board through a dealer (to cover time and return postage)

Yeah I commented on the second video (darkhalf501). See what we can do with the negative timing in future versions. Some ECUs can do it whilst other can't

Next will be to get the E85 board in the ECU and get that working.

Just ordered a couple of R35 MAF tubes. I will probably have some questions about those.

this looks really promising. seams to work much better than a bee r limiter and launch control ( valvetrain smasher)

need to get this up and running on my p11 :)

Just a note have added to B14 SR20DE VCT support using the EGR output (for SR20VE engine setup). Wiring details updated in Feature Pack hardware install manual

Can someone explain why the likes of Bee R are valvetrain smashers and why launch control via Nistune would not? regarding RWD VVT SR's

Here is what I think happens regarding Bee R, the valves are forced open further during exhaust stroke 'popping', the hydro lifters pump up to take the slack, that triggers valve train smashing.
As opposed to Nistune LC which simply cuts fuel as OE rev limit would just at a lower RPM. I'm not sure how the Skyline in the link above is building boost if this is the case though.

I'v had a look through a few threads here but couldn't find knowledgeable explanation. I'm wanting to understand it before playing with LC on my S15.
Correct and educate me please.

Havent heard of the valve train smashing before

Nissan cuts fuel over spark because it is not necessarily a good thing to have a bunch of fuel injected into the cylinder whilst spark is cut for a period of time

Version 1.2.41
Add new mouse control icon controls using keypad
Add flex crank enrich table and negate flex maps (fuel and timing) support for Z32, BNR32 and R32
Add TPS VE tracing for Y33 Cedric
Add support for Z32 16 bit flex fuel and launch control reporting

Can you please explain what changes in the Feature pack by adding flex crank enrich table and negate flex maps (fuel and timing) support for Z32?
Thanks

Howdy...Not sure if this is the right place to ask...
but if the y33 Vq30det ecu on the list for FP enhancements, or is it incompatible?
if you need one to play with, i can send you mine.
