0.9096 had some issues with consult still in regards to DTC codes and Consult Active Test
these have now been fixed in 0.9097 and more more debuging tracing added to diagnose some consult hardware (USB-Serial converters / Blatz hardware) so I can make a workaround to get those working
I currently use two serial converters (Aten and FTDI) which have no probs with consult, but other hardware out there appears to have issues, so i need to know the type of hardware and a debug log when the problem occurs
