Re: B13 SR20DE 94Y00 FLEX FUEL BOARD INSTALL

Ok Matt I got another ECU 23710-67Y00 I think I may have a caught a typo here http://nistune.com/docs/Nistune%20Feature%20Pack%20Hardware%20Install.pdf It says: B13 SR20DE / S13 SR20DE / P10 SR20DE / S13 KA24DE Remove resistor R226 (component marked 112) But component R226 is not marked 112 BUT comp...

Hey Matt I have a flex fuel board and I don't see any real documentation to help me install it any further then power and ground, can you help by telling me which wire go where, thanks Charlie P.S. I also need a feature pack for this ECU I don't see one available if you can make one for me that'll b...

Re: Feature Pack updates + Information thread

Hey Matt I found that under the "Enrichment" tables that "Enrich (Cold Crank)" is missing from the B14 SR20DE 1M87F FP1 version and this table does in fact work and would like to ask if you can add it back, thank you sir.

Re: Using the VTC to kick VVL on B13 ecu

Pin 105 is bridged directly to 102. This is since there is no circuit on pin 105 in the B13 ECU. So just run a wire between them The output should switch to ground (and activate the solenoid) when you see the VCT indicator in the 'consult view' panel active Also set the TP enable parameter to 255 T...

I think PIN#105 or PIN#102 (one of them) needs to be cut from the ECU board then bridged (similarly how its done for the RB25DET using a RB20DET ECU)....Matt is this perhaps the case?

Re: Using the VTC to kick VVL on B13 ecu

So basically you take a jumper wire and install it between PIN#102 (AIV Solenoid) and PIN#105 (EGR Canister & Control Valve) then you double up the Intake/Exhaust cam solenoid grounds and run them to #PIN 105 (EGR Canister & Control Valve) and the other two wires of the intake/exhaust soleno...

Re: Rich idle after 10 to 15 seconds at 14.7

I just learned to chalk this up as a OBDI thing, even the stock unmolested ECU will exhibit the same mannerisms, only OBDII controls the idle to 14.7 much much better but it would be nice if this can be solved but since it does it even with a stock ECU I doubt it.

Re: Feature Pack updates + Information thread

Hey Matt can you add these two to the B14 SR20DE 1M871 I know in the past they used to exist and somewhere along the line they got removed but I know that they used to work.

Idle/Decel Neutral Timing (RPM)
Idle/Decel Gear Timing (RPM)

Thanks

Re: Feature Pack updates + Information thread

As promised the 67Y0F files which you were wanting. I've put them in a customers board today and run through the testing procedure (except for flex fuel part) and all looks good. There is a VCT output if required using EGR output from the ECU which you can control, as well as launch control and TIM...

Re: Feature Pack updates + Information thread

I'm not sure with the closed loop timer. Something similar reported on S14 ECUs that the fuel values change after steady throttle mid RPMs (even stock injectors and MAF) when the fuel map values are changed too steeply. About 4 seconds with that issue I've updated the address files for B14 SR20DE a...

Re: Feature Pack updates + Information thread

You can leave the adjust TPmin/TPmax unticked during resize and it will leave it alone However I've noticed that people who dont tick this later ask why their fueling wont go richer on boost when commanded so make sure it is higher than what TP reaches when on load Also I've just run 67Y00 through ...

Re: Feature Pack updates + Information thread

Just like to say I love the feature pack and the new method of tuning it leaving the LOAD scales left to stock, although I have mastered it the old way (NON-FEATURE PACK) I think this is easy breezy. I have a suggestion as seeing that the TP MAX can still be adjusted the way it was in the non FP ver...
