Re: Very large duty cycle?! 130+

Dropped the boost back down to 7psi and did a few logged runs. AF Alpha - right at 100 AF Alpha learn - 131 TP MBS comes in right under 121, the stock TTP Max. Injection time is still coming in hot ~24ms = duty cycle of 115 this time. I just don't understand how a stock S14 SR with bolt ons is worki...

Re: Boost control on s14 SR20DET

Hey Munkul, are you on stock injectors? Also, what's your k constant?

I'm on a very similar setup, S14A SR w/ stock injectors/maf/turbo. My TP is around yours on a similar log run but my duty cycle is through the roof, 120%+. Really wondering where my difference is.

Re: Very large duty cycle?! 130+

I'm going to do some more testing to figure this out, but I'm curious, are you saying if TTP Max < TP Load Limit (in my case it is, 121 vs 140), the ECU will never boost cut because it won't calculate TPs > 121?

Re: Very large duty cycle?! 130+

I read a case where a guy re-wired his fuel pump and that dropped his duty cycle from 90% to 70%. Does the ECU even have the feedback ability to do this automatically? Could the short/long term fuel trims make up for low fuel pump pressure? It still doesn’t make sense as I thought those values were ...

Very large duty cycle?! 130+

How is this possible? I've read that duty cycle can exceed 100% because of calculations but on my recent test run I hit 100% around 4k rpm. I'm on an S14 SR20, stock turbo, boost around 10psi. This is the stock boost for the JDM trim I believe and my only upgrades are intake, FMIC, exhaust. Also the...

Re: INNOVATIVE NO CONNECTION

mts.dll in the Nistune folder worked perfectly, wideband 1 icon was now illuminated and connected no problem. Then consult connected no problem. Awesome job with this software Matt and PL. Maybe a note in the PDF about this mts.dll or is that talked about somewhere I missed? https://lh4.googleuserco...

Re: INNOVATIVE NO CONNECTION

Is the copying of the mts.dll from the Innovate to Nistune folder still necessary? I'm on the LM-1 and it fired right up in Logworks 3, but when I went to configure in Nistune, if I had "Innovate MTS" selected as the wideband, it would force the port field to "none", but if anoth...

Re: running rich rb26

Sorry to zombie this thread but I've got a similar issue. Stan I know you're probably long gone but if you see this, please share the fix :D Just got my Innovate LM-1 running last night, and AFRs at idle and very light cruising throttle are just over 11. Engine is pretty much stock other than bolt-o...

On my 95 it's in the driver side footwell, to the left of the clutch pedal, at the top area of that fusebox in there. Behind the cover.
