Re: Need Acc Enrich tables CA18DET

I think it just needed a proper fuel map tune. It runs good now.

My engine runs better with them disabled. Min set to 205. Max doesn't matter i think.

This is what I came up with, and it works for me down to 20 degC. (summer in sweden now)

Re: Problem setting ignition timing, can't get 15 deg. ca18d

Idle switch is on, and timing belt is correct. However, now after I put everything togheter again it is correct. CAS is still maxed out to the right, but I don't care as long as the timing is set OK.

Thanks.

Re: Problem setting ignition timing, can't get 15 deg. ca18d

Thanks for the help! I have now got it from being undrivable to actually almost okay warmup and cold start by just reading here and from your tips. When it is mapped/tuned and functional with hopefully almost 400 hp I will put up the rom image for others to enjoy. However I still don't get why I can...

Problem setting ignition timing, can't get 15 deg. ca18det

Hello. So I have turned the CAS max to the right and can only get ignition down to 18-20 deg. Consult shows 15. I did not have this problem with original ecu. however it ran like crap with that so I can't be 100% sure. Is there a way to lock the ignition to something like 0? Any ideas? Also, idle/de...

Re: Sanity check: Hard to start (AFM/800cc/E85) and it's win

Thanks! good tip. I saw it now in expert mode. During warmup it retards the ignition from 15 to 5 degrees when I give it some gas, and when it gets over 3500-ish rpm it stops doing that and runs much better. Does enrich warm/cold crank have anything to do with cranking or is it simply the warmup enr...

Re: Sanity check: Hard to start (AFM/800cc/E85) and it's win

Have you got it to work better?
I am having cold start problems with my ca18det with e85 and 800cc injectors and z32 maf.
I also have ignition problems when cold wich makes it even worse. Undrivable.
I can make a new thread with my problem but I thought I could ask you first.
