Re: FTS/FTL and maps accessed not showing up

Holy hell, I can't believe I didn't even notice that. I'll change it out and see what it does. That would probably explain why closed loop wasn't playing nice.

Re: FTS/FTL and maps accessed not showing up

Yes, I see the O2 sensor fluctuating a bit, and everything else seems normal, that's why I'm slightly confused. Even all the gauges on the large gauge window appear to all be reading correctly.

FTS/FTL and maps accessed not showing up

Not sure if this is a software bug or not, so posting here. I had some issues with a chopped up wiring harness that came in the car. It worked, but it was a disaster. This last weekend, I put a full wiring specialties wiring harness in. Everything works great now, but in the Nistune software, I no l...

Re: S14 SR20DET Cold start/base map help

I have the cable to log my wideband, I'll hook it up and give another run at it. In the meantime, PL has sent me a base map to work with, and that seems a little more stable on throttle cut/decel so I'm going to use the map comparison to try and merge his his cranking and low load settings with the ...

S14 SR20DET Cold start/base map help

Hey all, trying to get my car running again after a rebuild so I can break the engine in and get to the dyno. Having some troubles with cold start, and with the car trying to die when I come to a stop. Setup is as follows: s14 SR20DET full forged internals, Supertech 9:1 pistons BC Stage 2 cams Z32 ...

Re: Which ADR file to use?

Thats kind of what I thought. What base map should I be building off of then? I have been working off of the 69F00 basemap, but it seems sometimes that some of the things like the warm/cold idle enrichment dont really seem to do anything.

Re: DLP A/D wont connect in nistune, works in hyperterminal

Whoops
Haha, I was so frustrated, I was convinced I had everything set up right, and I messed with it for about 2-3 hours before I finally posted.
Thanks again Matt.

DLP A/D wont connect in nistune, works in hyperterminal

Hey all, I just recently got the DLP-IO8 to log my AEM UEGO. Problem I am having is after going into the configuration and selecting the proper wideband, and then the correct com port (com4 in my case) it will not connect. When I click the WB LHS button next to the consult button, the wideband windo...

Re: Boost control using AEM solenoid?

What about using this MAC solenoid that I've heard about? I'm having a hard time finding info on how to control boost using the nistune anywhere...is it better/easier to just get a boost controller?

Boost control using AEM solenoid?

Is this possible? I've done a lot of searching, and have found info on controlling the factory boost control solenoid with the ecu, but could a person wire the AEM boost control solenoid into the factory wires somehow to control boost with the nistune? I am just looking at options, and figured if I ...

Re: Help with injector multiplier/trying to set up base map

Got it figured out thanks to nissangts. The problem was my injector latency was wrong. After setting it to 995 for my 96# injectors, I started running just fine, now just gotta figure out why my wastegate didn't hold at 15 psi. Thank you very much for all your help guys. 8)

Re: Help with injector multiplier/trying to set up base map

Well, went through some wires and started over from the base tune again. I don't think it is the maf anymore. I pulled the maf out, it is genuine, and the element is clean. I did some more driving around, this time the maf voltage reached all the way to 3v. The only way I could achieve this though w...
