Sounds like you have some very strange problems. The fact that it gets a lot richer after gear change is because of your dumpvalve. I was on my meeting yesterday (friday) car runed good for 3 hours maybe. then suddenly the AFR got highered by 2 AFR on every rpm ;S

for example i had a cruise on 14,5 around now its 16,5 i have changed nothing

If Nistune and the wideband display shows different values you most likely chosen the wrong Wideband lookup table in the Nistune configuration.
